HomeShowExpo 2009 was in Northwood Estates in Johnston.
About our HomeShowExpo 2009 home: Energy efficiency and livability are the key aspects of this home. The heating and cooling is an extremely energy efficient system comprised of Geo- Thermal. The insulation is a foam insulation that seals the walls and ceiling very tightly. Radiant floor heating throughout the lower level truly makes this a comfortable home and adds to the energy efficiency.
The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite is sure to grab your attention with his and her walk-in closets, a large master bathroom that consists of a walk-in shower, bubble tub, cherry cabinets, heated towel hangers and a T.V. The master bedroom includes a sitting room with a wet bar that also leads to a open-air porch. A balcony with a mahogany handrail leads to the kids bedroom. A spacious laundry room and guest suite complete the living quarters of this custom home.
